Girls u15 Feile
The u15 Feile group stages took place yesterday in Downings yesterday.
An early start and 3 games against Gaoth Dobhair, Termon and Downings meant a long day and weather conditions were tough with wind and rain.
In the first game the girls came away with a good victory over Gaoth Dobhair. In the second game Termon got a strong start and while the girls rallied and got it back to 2 points Termon held on to win. In the last game against Downings the effects of playing 2 games back to back showed a little and Downings won by 2 points in an entertaining game.
A great day was had with this great bunch of girls who gave everything on the pitch and ensured they had some fun off it too !!! Big thanks to coaches and female liaison officers who gave up their day.
